With over 36 years of exemplary and distinguished service in the Royal Malaysia Police (Polis Diraja Malaysia - PDRM),
Dato’ Sharul Lalli bin Masduki brings an unparalleled level of strategic expertise, tactical command, and regulatory insight to our organization.

Prior to transitioning to the private security sector, he held several of the highest operational commands within the police force, notably serving as the Deputy Police Chief of Selangor and the Deputy Police Chief of Melaka. His extensive career spanning criminal investigation, strategic management, and public safety command forms the core foundation of our operational excellence.

As the Managing Director, Dato’ Sharul Lalli oversees our strict compliance with the Ministry of Home Affairs (KDN), the Ministry of Finance (MOF), and security industry frameworks (PIKM). Under his direct leadership, our agency delivers elite, disciplined, and uncompromising security solutions tailored to protect corporate, government, and private assets nationwide.
